The prize will be drawn on 31st December 2009 and the winner will be notified by email.

Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within these Terms and Conditions for this competition form part of the condition of entry.

By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

The competition will run from 1/10/09 to midnight 31/12/09.

The major prize consists of a chance to win a 10% share in Skalato gelding.

Entry to this competition is only available by entering online at www.kenkingthoroughbreds.com.au

The cost of entering the competition is the entrant's responsibility and will vary dependant on the service provider used.

All entries are accumulative from 1/10/09 to midnight 31/12/09.

Multiple entries to the competition from the same person will not be accepted.

The winners will be drawn from all the correctly registered entries received up to midnight 31/12/09. The winner will be notified by the email address they have used to enter the competition and will also receive confirmation by phone.

The prize will not be awarded to under the age of 18 years in accordance with the rules of racing. The winner must abide by the rules of racing and agree to pay the ongoing monthly costs associated with racing.

The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. In the event that the prize is unavailable or cancelled by the promoters for any reason whatsoever, the promoters may substitute an alternative prize of equal or higher value, which will be the limit of the promoters' liability for any statutory or other claims. All unclaimed prizes will be automatically forfeited and not available if sought to be claimed later.

Ken King Thoroughbreds accept no responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.

Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The promoters decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.

Ken King Thoroughbreds staff and their immediate families and associated agencies are ineligible to enter. Immediate family shall be deemed to include mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, husband, wife or de facto husband or wife.

The promoters of this competition are collecting your name, email address and mobile telephone number in order to include you in this competition and so we may contact winners. The promoters of this competition, Ken King Thoroughbreds may retain your details for promotional or direct mail purposes.
